How to Create a Form in Poptics

Poptics includes a Gutenberg block named “Poptics Form” for creating customizable forms. With Poptics, you can easily build personalized forms that can be displayed as popups on your website. These forms are fully customizable to align with your brand’s style and message. You can configure them to send emails directly to your inbox or integrate seamlessly with third-party email services like FluentCRM, Pabbly, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and more. With these integrations, you can automate your email marketing and sync form data with thousands of external services.

Steps to Create a Form in Poptics:

  1. Create Campaign: First Create a campaign

  2. Select Type & Goal: Select type and goal and click the continue button

  3. Add a Form Block: From the Gutenberg editor, search for the “Poptics Form” block provided by Poptics.
  4. Customize Your Form: Edit the fields, layout, and design to fit your brand’s needs. Add custom fields like name, email, phone number, or any other required information.
  5. Add More Inputs Fields: You can add more inputs like text field, Checkbox, Radio and more


  6. Set Up Auto Response email: You can configure auto response email.
  7. Integrate with Tools: Easily sync with email marketing platforms like FluentCRM, Pabbly, or ActiveCampaign, or set up workflows using Zapier for automated processing. Configure Integrations
  8. Publish and Display: Once your form is ready, you can set display controls and display it as a popup on your website to start capturing leads.
